What this DNSbl says about itself
The South Korean Network Blocking List is a DNBSL that was specifically designed to block mail coming from networks originating in South Korea. The database lists most ranges of IP addresses assigned to Korea due to the fact that high volumes of spam come from networks that are hosted in the country. It does not list individual IP addresses, only networks with low security, high amounts of spammers hosted, and abused relays will be added to the list, hence if you are not a network administrator or based in South Korea, you will not be listed.
Mail server administrators should never implement blacklists unless they are 100% sure of what they are doing. Misconfiguration can result in all incoming mail being blocked.
