The DNSBL bl.technovision.dk is a basic Blacklist that is maintained by the administrator of technovision.dk that currently holds 1843 blocked IP addresses. The list is populated by sites from which the maintainer of the list has received spam in the past. The list is free to use for anyone who wishes to, however, the only criteria for publishing to the list is the “personal preferences” of the technovision administrator. Furthermore, there is no current way to remove an address from the list, nor is there one planned for the future.

Mail server administrators should never implement blacklists unless they are 100% sure of what they are doing. Misconfiguration can result in all incoming mail being blocked.
