Spamguard

Spamguard is a personal Blacklist that is not intended for any specific usage. It uses standard DNS type lookups to populate its list and counts several different types of IP’s as spam such as dial-up, cable, and DSL IP Addresses that are manually looking at the reverse Domain Name System names, individual spam sources that have sent spam email in the to the hosting server in the past, bulk mailers that have harbored reputed spammers on their servers, single and multi-stage open relay chains that have sent spam in the past, and entire block of sites that have sent spam in the past, but impossible to isolate individually. If an email is sent from any of these sources and fits a traditional definition of spam, it will be blocked outright.
