rsbl.aupads.org is a realtime blacklist that also lists known open relays. The three lists maintained are populated by user reports and other means, however, its maintainer often recommends using other lists instead of his that are more effective in blocking spam and in fact, some of the lists are “frozen,” meaning they are not currently being updated with newly published addresses.
