The only way to get on the blacklist at relays.nether.net is if you are a confirmed open-relay used to send spam. If an invalid address at nether.net receives mail, that sender is automatically tested to determine if it is an open relay. If so, it is listed. The site also provides tools for users to build there own open relay testing software.
