Schulte Blacklist

The blacklist put together by the schulte.org uses standard procedures to compile its blacklist like SpamAssassin, but also automatically rejects all email larger than 20 megabytes along with entire subnet entries when spam comes from one of them repeatedly enough to where the maintainer can no longer reasonably expect legitimate mail to come from them. The site maintains a public list of recent rejections to be viewed by anyone interested. Blocked legitimate email must be sent through a different host due to the many level of securities employed, including graylisting, a process which temporarily delays email for as long as possible and real-time address verification.
